Licensed Leadership Program:
Our newest product, Personal Leader, is available for licensing. It includes a Train-The-Trainer program, Participant Workbook, and CD with teaching aids.
Personal Leader is based on the notion that, for optimal success, employees at every level need to assume leadership behaviors. The program helps people identify personal strengths, recast roadblocks, assume accountability, and align their intentions with the values of the company. Participants learn skills that help manage stress, create greater resiliency, and help them bond effectively with colleagues.
